STUDY OF PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF SEVERAL PYRAZOLE ANALOGUES: A SHORT REVIEW

Various pharmacological activities such as antimicrobial, antitubercular, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antiasthmatic, antioxidant and other anticipated activities have been attributed to pyrazole moieties. These observations prompted to synthesize new pyrazole derivatives with diverse pharmacological activities. Numbers of substituted pyrazole derivatives have been prepared by using dicarbonyl compounds, ethyl ethoxy methyleno acetate, acrolein, α, β-ethylene carbonyl compounds in different methods. The new pyrazole compounds will screened for their different types of biological activity to reveal their effectiveness against various diseases with improved biological activities with less toxic effects than previous reported pyrazole compounds.
